Razer Blade 2019 overheating (60C+ idle). Tried everything.

I have a Razer Blade Advanced Model 2019 (RZ09-02888E92). It runs 55-70 degrees Celsius while idling with no background applications and quickly rises to 95-100 degrees Celsius, and freezes/crashes, while playing any proper game. Games like I can barely run Roblox at minimum graphics without hitting 85+ degrees. I'm out of warranty and therefore tried repasting and cleaning out the fans, both of which sound to be working ok. The only way I can use the laptop for university is by undervolting the cpu by a substantial amount using throttlestop.

I've had this laptop for almost three years, and have only had this issue in the past 6 months. I can't get it sent to a proper repair center since I now live in Turkey, where Razer isn't a widespread brand. I bought this laptop believing it to be reliable but this huge flaw makes me question my judgement. Is there any way to fix this issue so I can go back to having a laptop with even an average amount of power?

Additional Notes:
I've tried disabling the gpu (2080 max-q) from the device manager to see if that was the issue, but it kept heating up even with pretty simple games, and continued to run at least 50C idle. The battery is also removed since I had swelling issues a few months before this issue started. This was the second time I had this issue, after I had the first issue fixed by getting the battery replaced by official razer support.

I haven't seen anything below 40C in the past 6 months and any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

EDIT:
I forgot to add that I now use a cooling stand that plugs into the computer, and all of the above statements are WITH the cooling pad activated, which lower temperatures by at least 5-10 degrees Celsius.

Also when the laptop reaches 95-100 degrees, it freezes on whatever screen I'm on (not bsod, or any other type of crash I'm familiar with), and keeps at the same temperature until I force it to turn off by holding the power button. I also cannot start the laptop for a few minutes while the system cools, since a restart would cause an instant crash on the Razer loadup screen with the still-high temperature.

Have you tried checking on your Task Manager for any abnormalities or any app that's consuming most of your laptop's processor? For now, isolate the issue by following the steps on this page. If the problem persists, send me the serial number of your device. I can use it to verify its model and for other possible solutions.
