Razer Blade 2019 (RTX 2060 Mobile) performing poorly

Hello everyone, first time poster on here! I've been using my Blade 2019 since May of this year, but I only recently started to use it heavily for gaming. I noticed that the performance on this device is not what I was expecting from an RTX 2060 machine. Many benchmarking websites online claim this (RTX 2060 mobile) to be better than a desktop 1060, but even when playing semi-demanding games I get a lot of lag. I've tried a lot of things, like setting the power options to be 'Best performance', setting my display to 60Hz, and even tried to reset my laptop's graphics settings. I've seen people talk about BIOS unlocking, but I really don't want to delve that deep into the settings. I just want to know if there's some trick I don't know about that can help me get the most out of my machine. Any insight is appreciated, thank you!!

P.S. I'm including a picture of my score for Unigine Superposition (6254 @ 1080P medium), which is basically half of what others are getting.

Yes 2060 should be better than desktop 1060 and that superposition result is too lower. You run it under ac adapter power not the battery power right? Without bios tweak it should score around double since my 1070maxq which’s slightly weaker score almost 12000.
Turn off Synapse 3 and everything related to it. You'll see significant improvement on gaming.

Might also look into turning off cortex boosting to see if that's also effecting it. I have noticed with some games cortex doesn't really seem to help much.

Synapse 3 on System play a big role controlling the heat uninstall it might add some performance but may also bring extra heat that bad for the unit and it may even throttle down clock frequency as a result the performance drop. You can’t also control the fans without it that’s important on gaming.
