RAZER BLADE 2019 XTU PROBLEM

Do anybody know how to cool down my razer blade 2019 by XTU when I am playing games GTA5. My keyboard are always hot and it shows 80-85 temperature. Please show me i picture, after doing research in Xtu i still don't know how do use it!

My razer blade is i7-8750 and rtx2070 maxq version.

Thank you!

Actually cpu temperature? On mid 80ish isn’t bad at all for Blade or similar laptops playing GTAV, the cassis is part of cooling system. However yes Undervolting May turn down the temperature, you have only to go to advanced setting and lower the core voltage offset, for 8750H -130mV like on screenshot is probably fine, I’m using it too on 8750H 2018 model.

You only set it to -130mv ? did you set other things, cuz I think if just only set -130mv, it help a little

To reduce the heat built up , you can perform the following in combination

A. Raise / tilt the laptop. Laptop stand, laptop cooler or even a book beneath. Remember not to block the fans.

B. Cpu Undervolt which you had already done using Intel xtu.

C. Undervolt the GPU and slightly under clock the GPU at the high voltages using msi afterburner.

D. Depending on your screen frequency, if your laptop screen is only 60hz, you can limit the FPS to 100. If it's 144hz display, then fps limit of 150 -160 is sufficient. Nvidia usually gives you the full fps that the graphic card can deliver for every game. The problem is if your display screen frequency is only 60, the human eye cannot tell the difference between a 100, 150 or 300 fps on the same 60hz screen. By limiting the fps using the Nvidia control panel, you are preventing the GPU from working excessively, producing extra fps that you will not be able to notice unless you have a high frequency display 144 or 300hz screen and honestly only a few game titles benefits from high fps on high frequency hz displays.

Using the fps limiter on gpu, it will really cut the temps and reduce the laptop fan noise by a huge and noticeable amount .

I have a 144hz monitor and I usually limit the fps to 100 and the laptop fans rarely kicks in. I don't need a headphone for gaming audio since the fans are quiet. Laptop is relatively cool too. I used to play gtA v online version few months back
Lastly, when your laptop is idle and if your CPU and GPU temps are above 50s.. you should consider to repaste.

Yes Undervolting wouldn’t reduce huge the thermal like @Ragnarblade said there’s other things to do, maybe you can do the list a and b first since c, d and repaste maybe would take you sometime. However those are still won’t avoid the fact that Blade cassis is one of cooling system and playing game on its keyboard maybe for someone who doesn’t getting used to it won’t help big.
I personally don’t bother by playing on its keyboard at that 85 degrees cpu temperature since actual keyboard areas where my hands are laid on isn’t that hot maybe max 50 and wsad areas is cooled by the fan like most other gaming laptops, however I and maybe most users prefer use external keyboard for better gaming experience and laptop keyboard longer durability.
I just tested the GTA V on my Razer blade 17 pro - I7 7820HK with GTX 1080. The original factory machine out of a box is a hot oven without any tweaks.

Here's a screenshot whilst the game was running for 10 mins and the highest CPU temps recorded was 66 deg cel on 3 cores and 74 deg on 1 of the core. Whilst the game was running and the character was idle - the CPU temp was between 50-55 deg cel

How can your 7820HK package power 2,4 watt, imon tweak? It has tdp down at least 35 watt. It answered why you got so low temperature, you run same tdp with my Blade stealth on paperwork;) However 8 degrees cores difference on max load isn’t my preferred max temperature core between core differences.
