Razer Blade 2080 Max-Q Overheating

Hello,

So last year I bought the 2019 Razer Blade with a 2080 Max-Q. It worked fine for about 4 months and then I experienced problems with the heat. It eventually got so bad that I had to send it back to the razer factory. They seemed to fix the issue and it worked fine for about 3 months. Since about last month, I've been having some issues with the heat. I installed throttlestop to help but now even that isn't working. I'm seeing frame drops on games that should run EASILY for the $3000 price tag such as Dark Souls 2 and The Witness. My computer is reaching temperatures close to 100 degrees Celsius even with throttlestop, a cooling pad, cranked up AC, and fans on max. I have GOT to be doing something wrong here because there is no way this is how this product is meant to function. Just a side note, I know for a fact this is a heat problem because I will occasionally place an ice pack under my computer to continue playing and it goes back to the smooth gameplay I wish I could have. Is there any way to fix this at all?

Thanks,
Matthew
