Razer blade bottom panel popping open and massive bulge, suspected battery swelling

I have a Razer RZ09-0330 blade laptop with the 2070 - I think it's the 2021 model might be 2020.
Got it a year or two ago - in the last few days I've been noticing a big bulge and as of yesterday the bottom panel has popped open near the trackpad. Suspect that the battery is swelling (battery life has been pretty bad lately too)

How can I order a replacement battery and repair this?

That's a sign of a bloated battery. For safety purposes, please refrain from using the laptop and start saving your important files now. By the way, were you able to contact our Support Team regarding the laptop's concern? Please send me a PM including the device's serial number so I can check its details and convey it to our team on your behalf. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
