Razer Blade Core Issues

    I posted the question in the screen shot below to the forms only it deleted my a moderator with a comment to contact support. I did contact support but they are slow to respond and only send generic troubleshooting steps like turn it off and on again or reseat the graphic card in the Core. So then I reached out to other community members to see if anyone else had any a similar issue that they were able tor resolve.

    Come on moderators stay out of the forms if you are going to delete questions that maybe support related without checking with the poster first.

    Has any had an issue where the Razer GPU Switch doesn't recognize the card in the Core after you unplug and then plug in again to the Core?

    It does say quite clearly in the list of forum rules that you shouldn't ask for tech support, but something to try is to make sure you're actually disconnecting the GPU through the "disconnect GPU" button before unplugging it.
