    Hello,

I have a Late 2016/2017 model Razer Blade "14 laptop. I've had to rely on an 3rd party keyboard to continue writing. This column of keys seems to be non-functional:

    - F9, F10
    - 9, 0
    - I, O
    - K, L
    - Comma (,) and Period (.)
    - Right Alt, Right Fn

Everything seemed to be working fine a few days ago, but suddenly the keys just stopped functioning. The Chroma still lights up, and I tested the response by setting the Chroma to Reactive. These keys do not light up when i strike, but all the other keys on my laptop operate just fine.

Is this a software issue, or a hardware issue? Please help!

Try to check if there is no debris stuck under the keys. Use compressed air to clean the Keyboard. Also, verify if there are no physical damages on the keys.

    Hey, thanks for the reply!

I don't see any obstructions. I used canned air to clear the spaces. And the laptop is in pristine condition (I take very good care).

    Is something disconnected internally?
