Razer Blade not starting Windows

Hi, so I've already submitted a case for this but I wanted to see what others have to say while I wait for a response as well as see if anyone else has had this issue.

My Razer Blade 15” Base - GTX1660 Ti (2019) was working perfectly normal until earlier today when I tried to turn it on. After pressing the power button, it would display the logo screen and not boot Windows. Some options are displayed on the screen but pressing the associated key does nothing.

Upon further testing, it seems after waiting quite a while, it will go to the BIOS menu. Trying to boot it from there resulted in a black screen.

So far, I have tried booting Windows from a USB device. The screen was black for quite a while, then displayed the Windows logo another length of time, then finally loaded into the Windows installer. I have attempted using the startup repair options and it was unable to do anything, so I am currently still trying other options.

Some previous fix attempts I've done are holding the power button and turning the PC on both plugged and unplugged, unplugging all peripherals when powering on, and attempting to get to the repair menu by forcing multiple shut downs which did not work.

If anyone has had this issue solved or any information on possible fixes, I'd greatly appreciate it if you told me!

Edit: I am unsure if this is normal or not so I am mentioning it here. In the BIOS, there are no hard drives listed to boot from. The boot options are uefi pxe ip4 realtek pcie gbe family controller and uefi pxe ip6 realtek pcie gbe family controller.

I ended up switching out the SSD and reinstalling Windows and it ran like normal. Guess the original SSD died.
