I brought a new blade pro (2017) earlier this week on the internet and it finally had come to my doorsteps, I had discovered the battery is in 0% no matter how long it has charge. I had installed all the updates and drivers, I try to restart the blade and it seems nothing helps the 0% problem........
Is it the problem with the motherboard or the battery I wonder......but still this is not a good experience with razer......

Sorry to hear that. Since your laptop on it’s probably the battery or charging circuit is defect, weird issue for new unit, did you buy it from Razer Store or reseller? However I’ll this to support thread probably staff can check or have the solution for you.
