Hi guys, my name is Travis.
I bought a Razer Blade Pro 17 (2019) 2 years ago. Now the F3 button backlight has a problem. It shows different color than other buttons. When I select static mode and choose the green color, the F3 button goes on red instead of green color.
I have uninstalled Synapse 3.0 then installed. It still not working. I also try to update Window, all drivers, and Synapse, but nothing change. I am a full-time designer, and this laptop is the only one that I have, so I can not send it to razer. If anyone know how to fix it, please let me know, I really appreciate!!!
