Razer Blade Pro 17 battery performance?

I've got a 2080 Razer Blade Pro 17, love it when plugged in, absolute beast mode, but on battery it's terrible. Takes longer to boot, to respond, to do anything. I looked at the Windows power profiles but nothing seems to get the same performance as it gets plugged in.

I'm not bothered about battery life for the main part, I just wait it to boot and respond like it does on mains. Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing?

Cheers,
Graeme.

Most gaming laptops would throttle the performance on default under battery power because the gpu and cpu will need power more than battery can provide on usual condition (plugged in). So unfortunately you can’t get same performance like plugging, it’s also a power horse laptop, not a MacBook nor windows ultrabook without dgpu that use low wattage parts that make performance on battery and plugged in similar.
However you can get its best performance on battery by changing setting like on synapse (depends model but usually on battery power there’re only two options, battery and balanced), nvidia experience (from max battery to max performance), or windows power setting.
