Razer Blade Pro Late 2019 - Fan Scratching and Coil Whine

So I picked up the new razer blade pro 4k 120hz model with 2080 Max-q because I'll be traveling a lot for work and needed a replacement for my aging matcbook pro, I love this laptop it's a beast, the screen is awesome to work on and the laptop runs all my favorite games very well, better than expected in fact.
BUT...
There is annoying coil whine that is not excessively loud but can still be heard when I'm in a quiet environment, particularly when my ears are closer to the laptop (I can't unhear it now that I've heard it), removing the power plug gets rid of this coil whine. The other issue I'm having is a slight scratching noise in one of the main fans (the bigger ones feeding air to the CPU and GPU) that is very noticeable when it is powering down.
I've already initiated a swap the Microsoft store where I bought the laptop online, and am waiting for my replacement, I hope this is not a common issue and my new replacement won't have this issue because I truly do love this laptop and do not want to have to replace it entirely. Thought I would post this here so the feedback can be passed on to engineers/support in case this coil whine is a common issue and can be rectified with a bios/firmware update. The scratching fan noise I'm sure is probably either a defect in the fan or as a result of poor handling during shipping particularly since the other main fan does not exhibit that problem at all.

I just discovered another issue with the model I am replacing, there is a slight crackling in the speakers I noticed while on a video conference call when the laptop is on battery power, when it is plugged in there is no issue with the speakers, which I found pretty weird, I am not sure if this is a driver issue or not.
