Razer Blade Pro (Mid-2017) 17.3" Battery Swollen again!

Hi,

10 months ago the battery on my Mid-2017 Razer Blade Pro 17.3" (RZ09-02202E75-R3U1) had become so swollen that the case started ejecting screws. After Much back and forth, Razer finally agreed to honor the warranty and send me the battery "as a one time exception" because I use this laptop every day to work from home.
Here we are, 10 months later, and the battery has started swelling again just as badly.. The laptop is now out of warranty and I guess I'll have to replace the battery again. Does anyone have a parts list I can reference to purchase the battery? Amazon has plenty of razer batteries but none of them list my model number on them so I want to make sure I'm getting the right one.
If anyone has any insight into why the battery might be swelling like this I would appreciate it. The laptop is used 90% at home with adequate ventilation. And when I do take it on the road it is always powered off in my bag to prevent overheating. Not sure what else I can do to prevent these cruddy batteries from swelling up like this.

Kind regards,

Josh

Battery swelling mostly because of wearing, and heat is mostly the culprit that make the wear faster. Keeping it on low temperatures like 80ish both cpu and gpu on intensive usage like gaming would prevent it. Try to rise support ticket or PM some staff here, they might have the solution on how to get the replacement.
Hope that help

I'm having the same issue. Did you ever find the correct part?
