Received my order on 3/27/2019, with no initial issues at all. The setup was smooth and the laptop continued to run with no issues for some time.
Fast-forward to approximately 11/2020ish I started putting the laptop on charge for a few hours and checking on it here and there but didn't really see the battery going up. Assumed it was a very faulty power outlet in my living rooms because the wiring in the house is quite old, hiked it upstairs to my office where the wiring was replaced fairly recently. Seen some changes, sometimes the laptop would charge, and sometimes it would die and stay dead for days.
So I hiked it up to the third floor where my boyfriend's office is and we just had the electrical fixed and checked in 2020. It did charge initially with no problems then started going on my laptop regularly up there just to be certain.
Same issues.
I tried reaching out to Razer but for whatever reason, they no longer offer support for this laptop as well as no longer even fix it for a fee.
I'm assuming this is an issue with the battery but I can't be certain - Has anyone else had this issue? I haven't come across it anywhere for this model. Or did I really spend $1,600 for a laptop with no support and no way to repair it outside 3rd party battery purchase that might fix it or fry it.
Please let me know your thoughts or ideas, I'm open to anything at this point.
I just don't understand the laptop isn't even 2 years old and I'm not that hard on it. I do very basic things on it like shopping, paying bills, the very occasional game of League or Genshin but nothing hardcore at all.
---Added note, I did completely reset the software in hopes that it may have been something draining it that I wasn't aware of, that did not fix the issue either.
