Hi all to whoever may see this.
I have had my laptop for nearly a week now and I have had 3 or 4 issues with the laptop 1 of which I have been able to fix, slightly.

one of the main issues was the intel driver for the wifi, if you run the windows automatic updates it will update the driver o an unusable version which is not compatible with 5GHz wifi, this was the case for me and I have changed the wifi setting to only be 2.5GHz instead of the dual band. this is a short term fix and is working fine on my laptop now but I am presuming it is not an intentional feature.

the other issue I am having is with the bios update which can be found on the Razer website it gets to roughly 99% (cannot tell exactly as it shows only a status bar) it freezes and does nothing, I left the laptop for a good 2 hours and came back to the laptop with the update still not completed.

there has been also issues with the touch screen which is advertised which didn't work out of the box so when looking for drivers I cannot find drivers on the website or anywhere else which is disappointing, as there are no drivers of the touchscreen already o the device.

and finally, there is a small bussing notice from the speakers when there is no sound going through the speakers, which is confusing as most of the time I use headphones which means no audio is coming from them.

any help would be appreciated, I have contacted Razer support and no resolution has been found by any of these issues

Hi there! What specific model of the Blade Stealth 2019 do you have? The 4K model does have a touchscreen display while the FHD model doesn't. Please make sure that Windows is up to date as the crackling noise from the Blade Stealth's speakers has already been addressed via Windows Update. Can you send over the link for the BIOS update? I'd like to check.
