Could someone with a full dbrand skin show me what it looks like?
There are a few videos on Youtube showcasing the skins, but it is never a full skin, only the top, or top + trackpad. I have never seen a bottom skin.

It would really appreciate it if someone could show me their stealths with skin.

I cannot show you it because two days later after applying the skin my blade stealth broke and wouldn't turn on and I had to take it off and send the laptop back but I can tell you that they fit perfectly, they look nice and protect the bottom from scratches. They are worth it. I had the black titanium

How MUCH does it cover though? Does it go all the way over the USB slots? Or does it just cover the bottom cover?

They're made to fit perfectly, they don't cover any of the ports you may need.

it does not go over the sides only the bottom and top and it is about $50

It only covers the bottom, so the side ports aren't covered. I can take some pictures later today if you're interested... I have the black skin applied to mine since I want to keep it tight and professional.

Yeah, I would like some pictures. I don't want it to cover ports, but it would be nice if the sides were covered (with holes for the ports of course).

People have been difficult and snarky when I have asked for pictures, so I would really appreciate it. Do you have any skins of it from the side too? I would like to know how much of the bottom skin you can see when viewed from the side (when placed on a table or otherwise).

I don't see why, dbrand skins are meant for showing off.

    Thanks a lot!

I see how it works now. It seems that if I went with a white bottom one, I would just barely be able to see it if I placed it on a table. As the edges aren't that curved.

EDIT: By the way, that Razer logo is... quite visible. I thought it would be more hidden with the skin on.

Why don't you want to see the logo?

White looks sweet! I don't really want to hide the logo by the way, but it does give the ultrabook a more "professional" look.

I don't want to see the logo because neither I nor my girlfriend likes snakes.
I would preferably replace it with a pink cat paw.

Personal preference you know... and an obsession with cats.

    You underestimate me.
I have paid artists to create custom cat stickers for me.

Curious as to what the point in getting a skin over the track pad is. Surely that will cause issues with tracking and sensitivity? I looked at Dbrand skins alot when I got my stealth, but I have hesitated to pull the trigger. I think it looks pretty nice the way it is.

  17. Since my question is on the same topic... if I used the RBS sleeve would a dbrand skin last, especially around the edges where it's sliding in and out?

I use a decal on my blade and the touchpad is just fine, only difference is the texture.
