Razer Blade Stealth Faulty Graphics help

After being unable to get through to razer support via the live chat or submit a case function I now turn to the forums hoping someone can help I just got a new Razer Blade Stealth with 1650ti and it keeps displaying lines across the screen (See attached image) I believe this could be a faulty gpu as it has been doing it since the second day I had it. Please some help would be greatly apricated also is there an email I can send the issue directly to razer?

Were the iGPU and dGPU drivers updated before this happened? I highly recommend connecting an external monitor to check if the problem persists. Please send me the serial number and a copy of the proof of purchase. I can use those to verify the warranty status of the device. Let's go from there.
