    Hey everyone,

I want to buy a new laptop and I wanted some input on the Stealth I7-7700 model. I am a med student and I want a light laptop (even though the Blade 14 is pretty dang light for a gaming laptop) that can also handle light gaming such as LoL but with a respectable level of graphics settings.

Specifically, how well can the stealth handle League of Legends?
Can the stealth handle this light game at high settings without overheating?
What is it like at low, medium, and high settings, the frame rate, and overall experience with playing League of Legends on the stealth?

    I really appreciate any input

Don't have a stealth, but since it only runs off using the integrated CPU graphics that come with it, that is the kind of gaming performance you could expect.

I know it can run CSGO somewhat good on low / medium settings in the 720p resolution over the 1080p or 4k (If 4k Model), and it does not run very good in those higher settings and resolutions. So otherwise, it would not really be that good of a machine for playing LoL too much. An external GPU in some kind of box like the Razer Core V2 can be hooked up to the thunderbolt 3 port, but otherwise that is the best way you would be able to play anything on it.

In your case I would go for the Blade 14 if you have the money, and the stealth if you get some kind of external GPU box (Razer are not the only ones making those, although the Razer Core is plug and play with Razer Systems, while using some cheaper alternatives may have issues first off and may require restarts, etc..).

There’s no Stealth Version with i7 7700 CPU, it has only i7 7500U dual cores or 8550U quad cores on new model. About gaming on it without Core, it’s just like playing games on ultrabook with Intel HD620/ UHD620, both are quite same igpu, and about playing lol on long period idk exactly since I don’t play it, but running games on an ultrabook iGPU yes it’ll run hot, though stealth has two fans which maybe help cooling better.
