Razer Blade Stealth Tops MacBook Air, Surface Pro, and Dell XPS 13 in Ultraportable Laptop Quality

    My thoughts exactly. XPS line looks great on paper and all...but once I got to test them irl I immediately decided against them. In addition, Dell seems to always have hardware problems. And stop joking! Nothing looks as good as the Razer Blade Stealth!

  3. I had been looking at the xps 13 for awhile but decided to wait until ces to see if anything better would be shown. Im so glad I waited, this laptop seems like a godsend!

    Yeah that makes no sense. I'm really interested in the Razer Blade Stealth, but that author is nuts.

    Then in the comments "I had the XPS 13 for a while -- great laptop. However, the keyboard just hurt my fingers."

    I'm not a big fan of the XPS 13—it didn't feel good when I got to have a hands-on—but for a professional reviewer like him, he really should have chosen his words more carefully.

    For one, the official statement for viewable-from-orbit bezels is the screen quality. Not sure why he chose to say that instead.

    I think the keyboard thing is kind of subjective though, and is not part of the official review so I can't exactly blame him. Some things you just have an unspeakable affinity with, and I guess he didn't have that with the XPS 13.

  7. I just saw an xps 13 in person for the first time to day and i have to say that it did not look that good, it did not look like a premium laptop at all. The only thing it seems to have going for it is the small bezels and long battery life. But that was just my first impression i got from it after 15 minutes.

    I hardly think so. Mine is bent for some reason and I haven't even took it outside. When the lid is closed, the left side won't close shut. Now I have past the 14 day return period and I contact the Razer support, they told me to send it to a repair center!

    My MacBook took 4 years of beating and still looks mint.

    How? I carry my stealth literally everywhere and it still looks just as good - with the exception of a few fingerprints. Can you show us some pictures?

    I even bought the stand and the sleeve. I mostly use it on the stand, occasionally use it in bed, but I put it on top of the box it comes in. That metal piece sticking out, is bugging me so much.

    Sometimes I get similar problem with the first image on my Blade Pro but its just a little compared to the picture

    Seems like a faulty machine..I would be giving them so much crap - that's not acceptable. I would definitely call them.

    I send these pictures to Razer support, and they told me they will repair it for me. I mean I just spend 12 grand on a brand new laptop and now you are telling me you will have someone took it apart and bang it back somehow when it is clearly bad manufacturing?

    I told them I just want to return it at a cost since it's already been 14 days, I don't know how they want to deal with this. It's been a week since I contacted them.
