It’ll be lighter which is good but its Vega m gh (the powerful one) is weaker than gtx1060 which is bad for premium gaming laptop in 2018, gigabyte went with Aero 15x and max q 1070 which is better than 1060 quite noticeable, so Blade 14 should have similar performance gpu.
Edit: sorry didn’t read the title it’s about stealth, the answer is yes:) but the next question are is it fit and how about the cooling, and the core sales;)

Obviously the more powerful Ryzen+Vega G are not viable in the stealth, at a 65W TDP. The mobile U ones are, and the integrated graphics is certainly better than the intel one, and better than Iris, which was never included in the Stealth due to heat and higher TDP of 25W with the higher end Iris.

If the Razer Blade Stealth had the Ryzen APU, it would be alot faster than the current intel uhd graphics. The amount of cores in a ryzen is outstanding. If the stealth had at least 6 cores (Which is extremely rare), some games would only use 4 cores, but the stealth is not made to game. It’s mean’t for normal stuff, like media consumption, editing (Maybe), light gaming, and productivity.

You do realize that the Ryzen + vega you mentioned are not the 15W but 65W to 100W? So for the stealth, the viable option are Ryzen U chips which still offers better graphical performance than the intel options, including Iris. Also, the 2700U as well as the more powerful 2200G and 2400G are all four core and not six.

  6. I agree that a Ryzen low voltage for the stealth would the by far the best option. The intel 8gen is amazing, great 4 cores in very low TDP, but it has both intel graphics and amd graphics and that is something I never completely liked.

Ryzen is doing very very well in general.

Source? Hexus net only wrote about 144Hz Panel and 4K not mentioned about 8th gen cpu, they didn’t even brought 4K even on Gigabyte web it stated 4K advertisement since its launch last year. We will know all about that first on 3rd April.
