I am videoscenographer and working with Cinema 4D, Davinci Resolve, After Effects, etc. Nearly every month i am moving from one city to another, depends on the production. That's why I need good portable computer. I am very satisfied with this laptop - it is right size and enough powerful. For bigger renders I use eGPU.
Just yesterday I noticed that I can not close the lid. After visual inspection it is clear, that the trackpad part is deformed. It is pushed upwards.
The question is - why it happened and what I can do to repair?

You highly likely have a swollen battery. Have you noticed any battery life and performance issues when on battery mode lately? I can submit a repair ticket on your behalf if you send me the serial number and a photo of the deformed surface.
