I have a brand new Razer Book 13 2 weeks now
When I first turned it on it BSOD during the initial windows setup process.
I ignored that as a once off issue.
Then after that I got some more graphics issues and BSOD, I thought maybe it was a graphic driver issue.
So I updated the graphics driver but that didn't make a different.
I ran the Windows Memory Diagnostics test and got an error, than I ran the PassMark Memtest and got some errors and a FAIL on their test.
So I now believe the Razer Book 13 is shipping with faulty RAM modules.
I have also tried to reset windows to factory setup, but that process fails because of the Faulty RAM so Windows just reboots and says it rolled back all the changes.
I have contact support and got auto assigned this case number
*Removed ticket number from public view.
But I haven't been contacted yet, I would like to get my brand new Razer Book 13 replaced!
