Is anyone having issues with the buttons breaking in Razer mice? I have a Diamondback, and the left mouse button broke - a piece of plastic under the button has broken and it pops up. Happened after about a year of use I then bought a Lancehead and in 2 weeks, the left mouse button has a crack across it - about 3/4 inch from the front of the button. Took it back to the store and brought another Lancehead home. That one lasted on week before the button cracked in the same place. Yeah, I may click hard, but never had a problem with any cheap mouse that came with a computer (Dell, Compaq etc) - I have several 10-15 year old mice that still work. The Razer mice may be pretty, but they are not rugged. Is Razer designing mice for pre-pubescent girls?
I will say bad luck i have naga epic chroma for about year before i have naga epic and never have this issue i'm mmo player so most of time i use my side keys for keybinds or macro. If you have warranty replace mouse if you are not happy with he mouse you can ask to replace it for mamba or another mouse that will cover your task.
my first razer mice was Razer Lachesis which i think is Razer best Mice , used it for more than 6 years until it broke because i smashed it LOL XD but then i change to mamba and got 2 issues , the mouse button but it appear after 1 year of using .. but then the other problem which let it die is the cencor , so mice cant move now im using Deathadder Elite i hope it can be last long like my Lachesis ...
My a year plus main mice Diamondbacks and Lanchead, portable mice Orochi 2015 and Atheris still work fine as day one even on main mice at home playing rate of my games is maybe around 30% since I’m using Xbox controller for most my open world games. Only software wise sometimes buggy, but not hardware wise.
We must have hulk right here. I would tell you to find mice with buttons separate from the main shell so that you dont break those. I guess you are pressing too hard on the mouse while you play.
