When this happens I always repair Razer synapse and it will always start to work fine afterwards. I'm tired of repairing the software every time. Do you guys know a way of fixing this. The problem is that when I start my PC up, the charging dock won't connect. To fix this issue without repairing it, I will always unplug the USB port on the back of my PC and plug it into another one and it'll always work. At the same time I don't want to keep doing that too. Thoughts for fixes to it?

Any update on this issue? I'm having exactly the same issue, I had to start using an old mouse.

Nope, I still need to unplug and plug the USB of the Razer Dock to another USB port at the back of my PC. I still need to repeat these steps in order to work.
Now I realize that i won't need to un-plug and re-plugging but instead I have to wait for a couple of minutes for the razer dock to connect on mostly every start of a fresh PC boot up. Still weird though since I thought it should automatically connect and I also seen that on device manager it say that my razer dock is not migrated so I don't know how to fix that.
Now I know that the razer dock doesn't show up in device manager anymore cause it's not connecting after like 10 minutes of waiting. Still waiting on razer support but it's taking along time.
