Razer Chroma ARGB Controller unpredictable behaviour

Hi,

I was hoping the chroma was going to be the answer to my prayers. I have a system with a mix of all sorts of LED equipment, I have multiple EKWB ARGB devices, a Lian-Li hub controlling fans, a TT Synch also controlling fans and then 4 creative labs A-RGB light strips.

I know everything works fine as if I connect it all up to the A-RGB headers on my Asus Strix X570-E motherboard it all works fine (I just can't get armoury crate to install -- bugs galore there -- but moving on).

The problem I have with the crhoma is that I can't seem to connect devices and have them detected, or at least I can't connect any more than 2 devices.

For example, if I connect my EKWB water block, then my EKWB pump, then I get control of both of them. If I then connect my EKWB flow monitor then not only does it not show, but I also lose the pump in the configuration screen, and the water block stops lighting the LEDs although it's shown in accessories. None of these have more than 16 LEDs.

My Creative Labs LED stips don't work at all, even on their own, and although I have had the Thermaltake fans working, generally they don't.

Also, are the pins inside the chroma supposed to move around, they don't seem very stable.

Help please, I just can't get this anywhere near working properly.
