Razer Chroma Studio Profile Lights refreshing/restarting randomly

Hi there,

so I got my new Huntsman and started to edit some profiles for different games with LED effects in Synapse 3.
While gaming I recognized that the lights of my keyboard and my mouse (also Razer, Mamba Tournament Edition) randomly starts to refreshing. That sort of refreshing every time when you save new effects in Chroma Studio, light goes dark for a split second and then your wanted effect shows up.

I've also read that some other people also got the same issue with the past latest versions of Synapse 3, they mentioned something that an application called "LEDKeeper.exe" under the Connect tab in Synapse 3 is causing that problem. The application is automaticlly installed by MSI mystic lightning, but in my case I didnt got anything like that on my pc, neither that above called LEDKeeper.exe in the connect tab. Some guy also mentioned that he disabled that app and then the problem was solved.

I also tried removing Synapse 3 completely and give it a wipe with ccleaner in the registry. I also recognized that this problem only occures with the own set effects in Chroma Studio, I dont got that issues with the default razer effects (static light, ripple, wave etc.).

Is there anyone who got the same problem with Synapse and may got a fix or workaround for that kind of problem?

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse behavior here. . Have you checked your computer's antivirus or firewall if it's blocking any Razer Synapse-related files? Also, please replicate if the issue

Hi there,

I tried to disable Anti Virus (AVG) and temporarily disabled my firewall, but it seems to have no effect on Synapse, neither disabled firewall, nor apps which are allowed to communicate through firewall.
Issue still ocurres randomly like in my OP explained. :/

Thanks for letting me know. Please gather your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs by following the steps here. Were you able to clean reinstall your Razer Synapse 3.0 while following the instructions on this link? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM together with the Razer Synapse 3.0 logs. Save the compressed files via Google Drive or to any online drive, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue from there.
