  1. Hello Razer fans,
Recently I bought RBS and Razer Core in America and my question is: will the Razer Core work in my country? I mean will it burn if I connect it to power socket with tension 230V and 50Hz (in US there is 110V and 60Hz)?

I attached picture of the back of the Core, it says it would work with tension 100-240V and 50-50Hz. For the logic it tells me that it should work but you know.. I pay for this 400 usd plus taxes. I would be pissed of if this would burn.
    Thanks.

    Hi there kinman! :)

Jaki masz model?

    Same in Eng:
    Yes it will work.
The same specs are written down on the Blade's power supply. Mine works perfectly in Poland Which model of blade do you have?

  3. Ooo jak milo! Sprzedawca w US kazał mi zakupić transformator 500W by Core sie nie spalił.
    Dzieki Za odpowiedz!

    In eng:
The guy from the shop in us told me to buy some power transformer but when I see this label (100-240V 60-50Hz) I started to wonder about this..
How is your Core working? Mine gets disconnecting all the time + BSOD..
With RBS I have issues also, the charger sometimes won't charge my laptop and I hear some strange noises from the chassis, it's like some old HDD.
    THANKS FOR REPLAY!

    Pozdrawiam :)

    In Eng:
Unfortunately i do not own a Core. I meant that i own Razer Blade 14 2015 which is not compatible with it. My Blade runs flawlessly hardware-wise.
It seems that many users on Insider experience issues with connectivity to their Cores. The problem seems to lie in the Thunderbolt plug. Thats why it charges only from time to time. As far as i know, problem dissapears when people try to mess with the plug by slightly pushing it back or bending it.
If anyone asks me I'd say that copying magnetic ports from MacBook took its toll. I didin't like the idea of magnetic plugs from the start. The plugs should always fit very firmly in their slots on their own.

i have a Core running with 230v in germany. no problems with the current

  6. I got some help from Razer and it's working! In my case it was the wifi problem.
Everyone who has problem with their stealth please do this step by step (from A to B):

    A) Reset the graphics card, then secure the cable connections within the Core.

    B) Restore BIOS settings to default

    1. Power on your laptop via AC adapter and immediately spam the F1 or Del key until the BIOS menu loads.

    2. Select ‘Save & Exit’, then select ‘Restore Defaults’. When prompted, select ‘Yes’.

    3. Select ‘Save Changes & Exit’. When prompted, select ‘Yes’.

    C) Perform system recovery, as the issue may have originated from Windows.

    1. Please backup your files as it will be erased in the process.

    2. Power on your laptop via power adapter and immediately spam the F9 key until the recovery menu loads.

    3. Select ‘START RECOVERY’ and follow the on-screen instructions. The process could take around 20 minutes to complete. You will have to reconfigure your laptop after the process is completed.

    D) Connect your laptop to the internet using an Ethernet cable or a 5GHz band wireless network. Please do not connect your laptop to the internet using a 2.4GHz band wireless network.
