Hello,
I'm having problems with my laptop and the Core X; the laptop has a Thunderbolt 4 port but it is not recognizing the Core X; hower I can use other peripherals. Also the Core X works fine in my office laptop with the same GPU. I've checked several articles from the forums and I've already submitted a case. Hope to find a solution in the next few days and avoid a RMA (the Core was bought in Europe from Amazon's Razer Store)

I'm answering myself before support staff strikes and closes my thread to curb to PM. To anyone having this problem, in my case seems to have been a problem with the PCIe lanes, I have two NVME M.2. drives in the laptop so I thought that they might be causing some trouble, so I removed the NVME I use for storage, connected the Core X and it worked, then I connected the NVME again. Everything seems to be fine for now, I'll keep checking and to the support staff, please discuss with the devs if this might be one of the reason why there have been so many compatibility issues with Core X/Win10-11/TB4.
