Razer Core X Chroma on MacOS and Bootcamp - LAN Adapter doesn't work!

Hallo dear Razer-Community,
First off all, I'd like to apologize if this thread is doubling with some other one! If so, feel free to post a link of the older Thread here and I'll try to link them (first time in the forum)

Not to my Problem(s):
I am using a MacBook Pro 15' 2019 with a 6-core 2,6 Ghz i7! I am also running the latest OS version and recently bought a Core X Chroma together with an AMD RX 5700 XT 50th Anniversary Edition, so I could get rid of my Elgato Thunderbolt Dock and boost my performance!
The card seems to work great so far and the USB port have not shown any issues as well! But the LAN Card seems to have the same problem, that so many other people reported about ever since the Core v2!

I am getting it to connect but then after about 10-15 minutes it kicks me out off the network (even though the MacBook still thinks it's connected) and the only solution seems to be a re-plugging in of the LAN cord!

I downloaded all the drivers from the Razer site and even tried the one from the Asix Website cause there was a newer version of it!

So could any of you guys maybe help me with this problem? I am usually no tech-noob and this is getting really frustrating!

Also another thing (not so important): My BootCamp doe recognize the Core X Chroma in Synapse 3 but the Card won't work and installing the AMD drivers on windows is also not working cause it keeps telling me there is no card connected or, hen the install completes, just still doesn't give me any picture on my monitor(s)! Is there anything special I need to do so the Core X Chroma works with the RX 5700 XT on BootCamp?

Thank you guys in advance and stay safe and healthy in these time!

Love to the Community!
Nils
