Razer Core X with MSI Geforce RTX 3070 Gaming Trio Z

Hello,

I bought Razer Core x and MSI Geforce RTX 3070 gpu to extend my gaming experience on my 2018 Razer Blade 15 advanced laptop. I installed the gpu to core x checked several times it fits properly. When i run the system the core x has power and its fan spinning. The gpu has the lights on and fans are spinning as well. However windows has not been detecting a thunderbolt device. I read lots of threads but couldn't find a solution. I have been told it could be a windows 11 issue then i downgrade my system to windows 10 with clean setup. Nothing changed still not detected neither my egpu nor core x on the device manager. I did update the thunderbolt drivers and the software and nothing listed on approved devices too. I spent a fortune for the setup and couldn't make it work for 3-4 days. Its very annoying to have an expensive machine sitting in front of me doesn't work. Can anyone has this issue please help me.
