Hello there!

Great day!

Thank you for taking your time to share your issue with us here. My name is Michelle from the Razer Cortex Technical Support Team. I will be happy to assist you with your issue.

Regarding your issue, could you please try to restart Cortex and reset the screen color using BOOSTER PRIME-MAKE ADJUSTMENTS? If the screen still looks the way it does, could you provide us with your Cortex logs for us to provide the correct and relevant assistance with your concern?

I will PM you a guide to help you collect and upload Cortex logs if you need my assistance.

I will be looking forward to your reply soon.

Take care and have a great day!

Best regards,
Michelle Chang

I'm having the same issue and its completely messing up my PC, do you have a fix yet? I tried reinstalling the whole software and even when it was removed from my computer entirely the vibrancy was still there.

Hey there!

Thank you for taking your time out of your day to share your concern with us. We are sorry about the issue you encountered and we apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you.

Regarding your issue, please follow the below steps:

  • Please open Razer Cortex and go to GAME BOOSTER-BOOSTER PRIME-MAKE ADJUSTMENTS, turn on the MAKE ADJUSTMENTS feature at the right top.
  • Then, please click the REVERT icon of Hue, Brightness, Contrast, Digital Vibrance. Ensure that you did not click any button of 'CANCEL' and 'SAVE'. Please check the image attached.
  • Finally, please open your Task Manager to end the task of Razer Cortex to see whether your screen color changed as before.

This issue generally occurred when Razer Cortex was forced to end its process. In such a scenario, Razer Cortex cannot revert the system settings when our users exit their game.

Hey there!

Could you please provide us with more details regarding this issue? Almost all users can revert their settings after trying the above method. It is strange that it does not work for you.

So yesterday, I went into razer cortex to change the vibrance adjustment for Valorant (Under the Booster Prime tab). After I closed out the game, The Vibrance adjustment did not go away and is affecting both of my Monitors. Currently even after trying the above method, It has not reverted back to normal.
If you are asking for details on how the above method did not work, here's what happened. After going into razer cortex, I went into the Booster Prime tab and selected the game. Then I clicked on "Make Adjustments" and changed the settings back to normal. Once I did that, I closed it out using task manager and the Adjustments did not go away.
Hey there!

Thank you for sharing all the details here. It helps us a lot.

Before we resolve this issue, could you please reset the Digital Vibrance (NVIDIA) or Saturation (AMD) on your PC to revert it back to normal? I attached two images for reference.

Generally speaking, when you click on the reset icon to revert the "Digital Vibrance", the screen of your PC would change to normal at the same time. But it seemed not your scenario. Here could you please kindly provide us with your Cortex logs for us to further investigate this issue?

I have PMed you a simple guide to help you collect and upload your Cortex logs. Please check it out.

Thank you very much for your patience and cooperation. We'll be looking forward to your reply soon.

Best regards,
Michelle
