Razer Cortex "Failed to Start"

    So for the past week, ALL of my Razer Central apps have refused to work.
    They don't start at all. I can't get into the UI or anything. (Cortex says "Razer Cortex failed to start, please try again.)
    I've been with support trying to fix it for 3 days and nothing.
    Deleted all files, registries, reinstalled, blah blah blah.
    The whole shtick.

    How do I fix this?
    Do I REALLY need to Reinstall windows for something so trivial?
