Razer Cortex gives .URL link instead of launching games

Hello everyone,

So I've been wanting to try the Cortex because of some friends telling me it would help me make my game works better. The problem is, each time I try to launch the game from the cortex, I've been forced to open a browser, only to get a .url. Which means that Cortex is being a bit useless for now. A shame. Any help with that problem?

I will PM you a simple guide on how to collect and upload your Cortex logs. We appreciate it if you would like to send us more relative information for us to isolate the concern. Thank you very much! I've digging up the post to say that so far, no answer or solution has been either found or given to me, despite the informations I gave. Which is kinda sad since I really want to use the full potential but I still have no way to do so.
