Razer cortex mobile instant tournaments how to claim silver?

Hi, I've been a new user. I recently joined razer cortex instant tournaments in razer cortex mobile. Any idea how to claim the razer silver that I've won in the tournament ? I've not received any.

You can claim your daily login bonus once you've logged in to the Razer Cortex Games app with your Razer ID. Come back daily to claim more Silver.

No that's why not what I meant. I joined a tournament in the app. It's under the achievement page. It requires silver or gold to join. However, after the tournament is over I didn't receive my prize. Is this a bug or is there something I can do to claim?

If you win a prize at the end of a tournament, go into Cortex instant Games and you will see a notification pop up telling you "Congrats! you've won a prize..". If you don't see it, they have your tournament history so you get the prize if you rank high enough.
