Razer Cortex not opening.

So, I have been trying to open Cortex but nothing happens, I tried re-installing it twice and restarting my computer, but it still doesn't open, if I try from the hidden icons menu it says 'Log in to RAZER to get started!' and then a button that says 'LAUNCH RAZER CORTEX' underneath, I've pressing it and nothing happens, I've also logged in to the website, can anyone help me please?

Before we start could you provide us with more details on this issue?

1. Did you login to your Razer account successfully?

  • If not, it will show like this, then, you need to log in to your Razer account first.



  • If yes, you will need to launch Razer Cortex by clicking the Razer Cortex logo.



2. If you have successfully logged in to your Razer account, but still cannot launch Razer Cortex, please update your WebView2. If you fail to log in to your Razer account, please share the screenshot with us.


3. If this issue persists, please provide us with your Razer Cortex logs via PM.
