Razer Cortex - Optimization

For some reason, within the past couple of days Razer Cortex has stopped providing me with enough memory so I can run games smoothly. I'm unaware of why and I don't know how to fix it.
The game I'm playing is Lunar Client, Minecraft run by Zulu Platform x64 Architecture. It does auto optimize upon loading; however, it doesn't give ne nearly enough memory. I have a total of 15 GB of memory, while in use at most times, is a total of 5 GB.
Anyone know how to fix this, or can somebody explain?

Hey there!

Thank you for sharing your issue with us. My name is Michelle from the Razer Cortex technical support team. I am happy to be of your assistance.

Razer Cortex auto-boost feature does not support any third-party mod launchers like Lunar Client. If you want to boost your game using Razer Cortex, please go to Razer Cortex > BOOST > BOOST NOW to boost your game manually (or you can use the hotkey CTRL+ ALT + 😎. Then, launch your game.

Truly appreciate your patience and feedback.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any suggestions, feedback, or bugs you encounter when you use Razer Cortex PC.

Hi,

This didn't answer my main question. I understand Razer doesn't support third-party mod launchers, but how do I get Razer Cortex to release more memory so I can play when using the "BOOST NOW"

Hey there!

Razer Cortex does not support 3-rd party mod launchers, so, you may have issues when you use the Auto-Boost feature to boost your game. To fix this, please manually boost the game by the method I mentioned above before you launch your game.

Thank you!

Please let me know if you need further assistance.
