Razer Cortex "Sorry. your rig isn't supported"


I just updated from a Thinkpad T480s (cortex supported) to a Dell XPS 13 9305 (don't make fun of me, I'm a casual gamer), and Cortex isn't supported. I find that quite weird since it has a newer graphics card, so wouldn't it be supported as well? If someone can help, I would be forever grateful 🙂

Nevermind, fixed it by updating to the beta. Thanks for making the beta public 🙂

Razer Cortex got free from some issues since Cortex 10 Beta. That's interesting, isn't it?

In my case (as I posted on here Razer Insider | Forum - [cortex] Cortex 10 PC Beta | Page 5), cortex always closed at unexpectable time. But after using Cortex 10 Beta, the problem solved.
