Razer Cynosa Chroma F1 & F2 not working execpt in synapse

My F1 & F2 is not working ( standard ) specially in games... just randomly started. if i press FN first then it works but it is just volume up or down. the standard button does nothing and nothing reads it. tested with discord and other games to set it as a keybind and nothing. but in the synapse it reads it just fine. it is only those two keys that are doing it.
