Razer Cynosa Chroma Synapse 3 not working

I just got my Razer Cynosa Chroma keyboard today and synapse 3 is not working. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and running it as admin but it doesn't work. I've looked through a few websites and it says its because I have windows 10. Is there any solution to this?

Thanks for directing your concern to our support thread. Sorry to head about your keyboard's concern. When did the issue start? Is there any hardware or software changes prior to the issue? Does the issue happen when connecting the keyboard to a different USB port in your PC or to a different PC with Razer Synapse 3.0 installed?
