Hello, so the ink from the key D (and C starting soon) is starting to fade. Anything I can do about it?

Cynosa Lite letters are not ink made, they're transparent because of the keyboard lightning. If they're less visible - try to clean them.
It's not dirty, I mean it looks like this
Does the physical keycap have very small holes in it? That may be the effects of wear on the keycap itself. I am not sure what material is used for the keycaps on the Cynosa Lite.

How long do you have your keyboard?
I don't think that it's possible to RMA it, because key wearing is a "normal" thing, and it happen someday.
like 5 months? and the D key started to fade after 1-2 months 😕

5 months is not normal. It can be a factory defect, as it's only for few keys.
