Razer Cynosa slight issue

Hello. Recently, I've been having some slightly annoying issues with my (roughly 2 and a half year old) Cynosa keyboard. I'll get into a game where in game chroma settings exist (Overwatch for example) and my custom settings won't turn off to allow for the game color settings to take over, resulting in a very ugly, messy, glitchy looking light show that I can't fix. the game's chroma feature is working, but so is my custom colors. they're working on top of each other and it's quite frustrating. I've looked all over in Synapse, and found nothing to fix it. Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks
