Razer Cynosa V2 ''K'' keys not working properly

Got a brand new Razer Cynosa V2 and after a couple months, the ''K'' key aren't working properly, I will have to hold down along another key alphabet key for it to be responsive normally, otherwise it won't work, does anyone face similar situation? Is there a fix for it? Any help are greatly appreciated.

Were there any changes made to your device before the issue? Is Synapse running in the background when this happens? Let's isolate the behavior first by doing a hard reset on your keyboard. Click this link, then send me a PM if it doesn't help.
