Razer D.Va Meka Headphones. Random beeps and voice. Soundcheck?

Soooo I've had my headphones since 2018. I don't know if I just never noticed it until now, but as of December I've been getting this high pitch beep, usually in my right headphone and then some guy speaks. It sounds like the hearing machines Doctors used to use to check your hearing, where you have to listen for the beeps and raise a hand on the side you hear the beep. Sometimes after the beep the guy says full sentences, then times it's like one word. I thought I was being hacked and someone was talking to me at first but it could be a soundcheck. I tried googling it and NOTHING pops up so it worries me a bit more after that. Can anyone help? Is this only me? Anyone know what this is? I have no issues with the headphones at all. It's just this one thing.
