    Hello,

So I bought Razer DeathAdder 2013 RZ04-0084 6400dpi 4G (not from razer directly) and its not getting detected by Razer Synapse.

I've tried installing/re-installing with and without the mouse plugged in still says no device detected.

I even installed the DeathAdder_driver_v3.05 even that didn't detect it.

I then made sure it wasn't a fake. I entered the product info for warranty It detected it as a Razer DeathAdder Ergonomic Gaming mouse valid till 2020.

It works fine. but I want to adjust the dpi for competitive gaming, currently if I swipe to fast it just gives out/stucks.

any tricks that you know about?

    OS: Windows 10 64Bit Version 10.0.16299 Build 16299

    plz h3lp,

Try uninstalling Synapse 2.0 software completely, then remove your mouse from OS device manager (also with drivers), and then use CCleaner to cleanup your PC+registry. Restart OS and then install synapse.

You wrote, that you have installed some DA Drivers 3.05. What shows if you try to update drivers via device manager? Are there other drivers to choose?

I currently have no Razer software installed. I uninstalled the DA drivers right after Synapse.

Open Device Manager, then open mouse, keyboard and Human Interface Devices sections even if you only got problem with mouse and then right click on every position you got there and select update driver and select option that will make you select folder on hard drive and select this path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Razer_Common_Driver

There isn't C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Razer_Common_Driver path. I re-installed Synapse still no common driver folder. and when after hitting scan on just the Razer folder it says best drivers already installed. upload_2018-4-28_10-36-42.png

It's strange since I got this folder. Try to reinstall Synapse software. Use Revo Uninstaller to remove Synapse and clean registry and disk with it after standard uninstall and before installing it again restart your system.
That's how it looks on my PC:

I've uploaded whole directory here: Razer_Common_Driver.zip
Download and unpack it and then set it as directory to update drivers.

Unzipped it into the Razer folder. I tried to update it via device manager and still says the best drivers are already installed. I then tried to install directly from the folders but nothing worked... welp gotta spend some hours grinding to get used to this dpi whatever it is.

But you need to click on "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer" and then click on "Have Disk..." and then choose this folder and select folder for system you got.

    It's weird that there's no 2013 version. :/
Can you post here photos of box, USB plug and sticker under this mouse ? Maybe it's a counterfeit.

Theres no way it can be counterfelt when he registered the warranty. At this point just contact support and RMA it, theres no point of going through so much hassle
