Hey there! I appreciate that you've shared your Razer Deathadder Elite's concern on our support board. By the way, have you tried connecting the mouse to a different USB port or computer without a Razer Synapse installed? Clean the mouse affected buttons by spraying a compressed air can and see if it helps.
