Razer Deathadder Essential White doesn't show up on Synapse
I bough it on Digitec.ch (swiss) its not detecting but it works on my PC

Try to perform a clean re-installation of Razer Synapse by following the steps here. Reinstall the driver of your mouse and try a different USB port. If that didn't work, PM me the serial number so I can check for any available firmware updates and other workarounds to help you address the issue. I will close this thread to curb our conversation privately.
