Razer DeathAdder V2 mouse freezing/stuttering

I have been using the Razer DeathAdder V2 mouse since I got it around the 2nd week of January (not quite a month ago). Everything was running smoothly for a couple days until the mouse would freeze and not move the curser, wouldn't click, and the scroll wheel stopped working. It did, however, remaine connected to Synapse 3 and the RGB remained in sync with the RGB in my Razer Blackwidow Elite keyboard (via the chroma in Synapse 3).

I want to mention that I don't need support in trying to get it to work, I have gone through 3 support cases with troubleshooting steps that include (but aren't limited to) downloading/updating the firmware for the mouse 1.02 (the current as of today), uninstalled/reinstalled the drivers, uninstalled/reinstalled Synapse 3, multiple PC restarts, unplug/replug, etc... for Razer to conclude that it could be a hardware issue warranting a possible product replacement.

My question is: Is this a common occurrence for this mouse? Is this common with any of the other Razer mice? Should I consider upgrading my mouse, despite it still being less than a month old?

I started to have the same behavior this week. Mine is a DeathAdder Elite.
I'm working with a 3$ mouse now.
I start to believe that cheap mouse worth more than any Razer mice.
I have the same problem here. Had no problems until maybe late January this year. Why is this happening to a mouse that is so highly rated everywhere on the internet? I made quite a lot of research before purchasing a mouse and this one was the most appealing to me. It worked wonderfully until, as I mentioned, earlier this year. Then it started to freeze. I do gaming live streams and it is just embarrassing to have my mouse crashing during the game. What should we do, Razer?
I have the same issue, @villeSlateBlueurban237.
I installed the synapse software, set up all the dpi levels, and then uninstalled it. I don't use macros.
For now, it's working fine without any razer software.
One thing I say: I'll never EVER buy anything from Razer.

Same here man. Can I ask: if you install synapse and set your dpi then you uninstall spynapse, would the dpi be set as you set them in synapse?

Yes.
Of course, I don't see the green bar on the right bottom of the screen. But I can feel the difference when I move the mouse.
Thanks man

Just an update. Last night I've disassembled my mouse and gave it a proper clean, bit by bit. Used a small brush. Then I played for about 2 hours last night and 2 hours this morning. It did not freezed not even once. So far so good. Thought you'd let you know
