Razer Deathadder V2 not detected in Razer Synapse in Windows 11

Hi, I hope someone can help me, I have three Razer products plugged into my Windows 11 PC, a Firefly V2 mouse mat, a Cynosa V2 keyboard and a Deathadder V2 mouse. I happened to notice yesterday that the RGB lighting on the mouse was all of a sudden no longer in sync with the keyboard or mouse mat. So this morning I opened up Synapse and the saw that the mouse no longer appears in the software. I checked Device Manager and the mouse is just listed as an HID compliant mouse. I removed the driver from Windows and that made the mouse pointer freeze so I just shut the machine down as I had something else to do then, a bit later I turned the PC back on and Windows booted properly and the mouse was back working but the syncing was still wrong. I checked in Synapse and the mouse still did not appear there so I then checked in Device manager and it came up as an HID-compliant mouse as it had done before. I unplugged the mouse from the USB port with the PC running and then plugged it back in again hoping that Windows would detect a new device and reinstall the correct driver so it would show up properly in Synapse and Device Manager but it did not do anything so does anyone know how I can fix this please? I realise it's only a minor problem not having the RGB lighting syncing between all three peripherals but it was working before and I'd like to have it doing it again so any help will be gratefully received.

Thank you.

Never mind, I appear to have fixed it, I tried just repairing the Synapse/Cortex installation but nothing changed so I just uninstalled them both and reinstalled them and the mouse now shows up in Synapse and I was able to sync the RGB lighting across all devices, not sure what happened there but it's now fixed.
