Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro issues
Hey guys, i'm currently using my deathadder v2 pro and somehow the mouse right now won't turned on without the cable nor even the bluetooth. I have already tried to different devices but still the mouse not turned on for some reason on the 2.4ghz mode/bluetooth. only working with cable..

Did you already try to charge the mouse for at least 30 minutes? Make sure the switch on the bottom is in the off position. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and look for other workarounds to help you resolve the problem. I will lock this thread to curb our conversation privately.
