Razer Didn't Process My Order?

    Hai~ its my first time posting here because I haven't had any luck in finding help.

    I ordered a pair of Kraken Kitty Quartz headphones three days ago and the order hasn't been confirmed nor was an email sent to me. I purchased them from the Canadian website (since I'm in Canada) but I haven't heard any news from them for three days already. Was wondering if anyone has experienced an issue like this or if anyone has any tips? Thanks a lot guys :')

    PS: I'm not sure if the headphones might be on backorder, but if anyone has ever experienced backorder issues could you also share some insight? Thanks :>

    Did you log in using a Razer ID when before checking out, or was the purchase through a guest account? In any case, please send me the email address you used so I can check the status of the order.
